A recent building collapse with entrapment and a subsequent rescue of a woman in the rubble pile in Washington, PA showed the cooperation, professionalism and dedication of emergency responders from southwestern PA. IAFF/PPFFA members from Washington, South Strabane, Peters Township, Pittsburgh, New Castle, Oil City and Canonsburg along with Operating engineers and utlitiy workers and members of the Fraternal Association of Paramedics pulled together to save a life in a very dangerous situation. Combined Strength!!
